The Time of a Summer

A summer ago, the season seemed to move to a different rhythm.

The images shared by Cenk Torun and Mahassine Merabet during last summer reflected an intense routine of work, movement, and an energy that seemed to mirror the very light of those days, closely followed by everyone who accompanied each new chapter of their journeys.

Today, summer has returned with even greater intensity. Extreme heat dominates international headlines, reshaping everyday life across cities throughout Europe.

Yet, as with every season, it never unfolds in exactly the same way for everyone.

Mahassine is experiencing this summer after months devoted to filming her most recent project. Now, surrounded by flower-lined streets, bicycle rides, brand events, and sun-filled days, the moments she shares on her social media seem to celebrate the season itself, revealing the lightness of someone who has finally found the time to slow down and simply enjoy the present.

Cenk, in turn, continues writing his own summer chapter in a quieter way. Between his gym routine, occasional public appearances, and an increasingly selective online presence, he conveys the calm confidence of someone who lives at his own pace, without feeling the need to turn every moment into public display.
